The International Advanced Training of Systemic Constellation work, founded on the insights and discoveries of Bert Hellinger’s work in its early and authentic stages as a phenomenological systemic approach, has been further developed by Heinz Stark and others,and is embedded in a continuous exchange of experiences of the international community of Systemic Constellation Work.

Heinz’ experiences of more then two decades of international facilitation, training, and teaching of Systemic Constellation Work are concentrated in this International Advanced Training. All subjects will be taught in a unique blend of personal work, lectures, own practical works and experiments (e.g. facilitation of consecutive Constellations by participants in single work and/or small groups, different exercises, facilitation of Systemic Trance Work… )

Thus, the Advanced Training will provide a great opportunity to deepen one’s self both personally and professionally in order to

-enhance your skills as a facilitator
-grow a deeper understanding of Systemic Constellation Work
-get your burning methodological and philosophical questions answered
-elaborate your facilitation and teaching personality

Heinz emphasizes a close look at each facilitator’s personal systemic blind spots in order to eliminate any potentially powerful sources of resistance and/or blockages in the constellation working process.

Supervision: Participants are invited to bring their “difficult cases.” (“Difficult cases” means e.g. that you did not find a satisfying solution, could not fully understand the process, or feel insecure about the methodology.) Supervision work is usually also very beneficial for the facilitator’s own personal and professional growth since issues with clients are frequently linked to the facilitator's own personal (systemic)difficulties.

Additional topics are:

Seminar I
1. Fundamentals of an integrative phenomenological-systemic therapy – dealing with the challenges and prospects of Systemic Constellation Work-based continuous psychotherapy (with single clients or in group sessions).
2. Psycho -Trauma and Systemic -Trauma are integral topics of phenomenological Systemic Constellation Work. (This includes the teaching of STOW (Systemic Oriented Trance Work).

Seminar II
1. Body-based strategies in Systemic Integrative Therapy and Systemic Constellation Work, and the possible integration of tools from body-psychotherapy.
2. Identification and handling of therapeutic and Systemic resistance in Systemic Constellation Work and Systemic Integrative Therapy.

Languages of teaching: English / German (consecutive translation)

The Training takes place in Goehrde at our beautiful and remote Nature Retreat Center (a 1 hour and 15 minute-drive from Hamburg Airport). (Please ask us for transportation options from Hamburg Airport to the Retreat House at Goehrde; email@starkinstitute com).

The Seminar- and Retreat House provides room and board in single bedrooms with en-suite facilities. A few budget rooms with shared facilites as well as double bedrooms for couples are also available.
