TRAINING PURPOSE AND PHILOSOPHY
The Orders of Life Association training program for Systemic Constellation Work
is an in-depth training program in phenomenological-systemic work based on the
teachings, insights and discoveries of Bert Hellinger. The training has been
designed for high quality continuing professional training, intended as a seal of
excellence and professional quality.
Invited are professionals from all medical, psychological and healing arts fields
as well as business and organizational consulting or related vocations interested
in using Systemic Constellation Work to heighten the quality of their present work.
The training is oriented towards individual needs, questions and requirements
pertaining to the trainees' concrete life and work experiences so that the
phenomenological approach can be readily implemented in one's present professional
and life situations.
The training takes place under the personal leadership, supervision and
responsibility of Heinz Stark together with optional qualified guest teachers.
Heinz Stark will share his experiences gained from many observations and teaching
seminars with Bert Hellinger and over 16 years of practical application through the
Stark Institute in Germany.
Time after time, the work itself gives evidence of its immense healing power. Its
rapid growth nationally and internationally has exceeded all expectations,
generating continuous new understandings and findings. Heinz Stark is honored to be
a significant contributor to various aspects of the deepening effects of this
important work, which he will share as part of the training program.

Training Content and Structure
- Philosophical foundation of the phenomenological-systemic approach
- Methodology in family and organizational constellation work as well as the
"Movements of the Soul" in the tradition of Bert Hellinger
- Attention to body awareness - how we carry ourselves and information
available by observing clients.
- Extensive practical application and supervision
- Trainees' own personal growth and development toward a thorough understanding
of themselves and their own (systemic) blind spots and entanglements. (This
comprises a major part of the training as deep seated issues often surface with
time and are understood best under the supervision of a committed personal
teacher.) This will enable you to be truly effective and skilled facilitators
capable of in-depth maneuvering and engendering profound constellation work.
I. Ground Seminar G1
The Ground Seminar firmly establishes trainees in the orientation and
basic understanding of the fundamentals of Systemic Constellation Work. The time is
used for questions, discussions, lecture as well as practical application of
constellation work as much as possible. This seminar will also serve as the
introduction for those who have never met or worked with Heinz Stark.
II. Study Seminars S1-S4
Study Seminars are designed for the refinement and further development of
Systemic Constellation Work by focusing on specific topics and issues. Trainees are
strongly encouraged to start integrating Systemic Constellation Work and its
principles into their own practices. Thereby, we can study cases and questions that
are closely related to life experiences as obtained from the trainees? actual
situations and practice. Trainees are encouraged to invite friends, family members,
and clients to the days opened for constellation work on the selected
topics.

Concerns issues surrounding childlessness, barrenness, adoption and foster
parenting.

Concerns sexual issues, rape, sexual abuse, and incest (in both men and

Covers issues about personal guilt or entanglements in families with
perpetrators or victims of crimes, war crimes, genocide or the

III. Deepening Seminars
2 Depening Seminars D 1 and D 2
The Deepening Seminars are designed as intensive seminars for trainees who have finished the first two parts of the Training (or have otherwise already gained profound experiences in Systemic Constellation Work). Topics include:
- Acting from the empty center - the phenomenological systemic working
mode.
- Philosophical, ethnic position and postures of phenomenological systemic
work.
- Scientific and professional perspectives for the future.
- Using Systemic Constellation Work in businesses and in working with
organizations.
- Various types of constellation work.
- personal deepening and untangle entanglements in the own system.
- Deepening in constellation skills.

Expectations of Trainees
- Attend all sessions.
- Work with the trainees' personal issues. The involvement in your personal
constellation healing work will assist you to avoid future blind spots and the
triggering of resistance in clients.
- Prepare for selected topics by studying videos and books available, notes
from practical experiences, and study groups. Be directly responsible for
in-depth preparation on a chosen topic.
- Transcribe a summary of a portion of a training session and distribute to
other group members.
- Participate monthly in a study group (self-organized).
- Pay all fees in a timely manner.
- It is highly recommended that trainees attend seminars of other practitioners
working with the phenomenological-systemic approach. This will help to develop
one's own unique position and style.

Educational Goals
- Explore the forces of intergenerational family systems on the present
- Develop the ability to recognize systemic dynamics from client's statements and
behaviors; identify the life-governing powers in the fundamentals of relationships
- Shift intergenerational system dynamics toward a healing process;
reach hidden love in the depths of illness, unhappiness and failure
- Explore and apply the constellation process as tools for phenomenological systemic
work
- Examine the ethical conduct and attitude in phenomenological systemic work
Evaluation of Program and Students
- Question and answer sessions throughout the training
- Peer and presenter evaluation of student presentation on a topic of their choice
- Individual practice and feedback during self-organized study groups.
- Written evaluation of program and instructor at mid series and end of series

Training Applicant Requirements
It is preferable that trainees possess a basic academic education and/or
specific qualifications and practical experiences in a field or fields relevant to
the systemic work (i.e. Degree in Family Therapy or an equivalent life/work
experience). Educational and professional experiences, which are similar to those
described above but acquired in different, non-formal ways, can also be valid and
acceptable.
Trainees should possess a profound work and life experience as well as a certain
maturity. Their professional foundation and experience should be of a sufficient
caliber and depth to convenience Orders of Life Association that Systemic
Constellation Work will increase the professional quality of their current work or
can otherwise bring about a successful change of profession.
Orders of Life Association is in no way responsible for the professional
authorization, registration or licensing in a targeted professional field.

- Step 1
It is highly recommended that all prospective applicants attend several workshops of Systemic Constellation Work prior to applying for the training to guarantee a serious, clear and committed decision. It is also highly recommended to choose preferably workshops conducted by facilitators who have studied with Heinz Stark (Orders of Life or Stark-Institute Graduates)* Applicants who have previously attended at least two workshops to resolve their personal issues have priority entry status, as it is important to be a participant before shifting the perspective to that of a trainee.
*(see Orders of Life's facilitator list = see Resources)
- Step 2
Fill out the following forms completely and sign where required:
1)Application Form (Please attach a photo)
2)Release of Liability**, and
3)Training Contract.
**( People unfamiliar with Heinz Stark may complete these items after the basic training session which will serve as an introduction to him and the training. In that case the second step is: Attend the Basic Training Session G1 During the training, Heinz Stark will conduct a personal interview with each applicant to decide the readiness of the applicant to participate in the training program and determine whether or not to accept the applicant into the training.

Training Commitment and CertificationUpon acceptance, all trainees are to
commit upon application to the full two-year professional training program.
Trainees are obligated to agree and commit to all registration and training program
conditions as evidenced by their signatures and payment.
The Orders of Life Association certification of completion and the title of Orders
of Life Association Graduate are only granted to trainees who have
1.Completed the full two year training program*, and
2.Shown evidence of having achieved a high standard of qualification*.
* Personal approval required from Heinz Stark or a representative of Orders of Life
Association. Heinz Stark/Orders of Life Association will provide consideration in
case of an emergency arising for the trainee.
Failure to complete the training program for any reason whatsoever prohibits a
trainee from claiming training, education or certification by Heinz Stark or Orders
of Life Association.
